Notices will be sent to all shareholders in advance of board meetings as well as annual full ownership meetings. Minutes for all meetings will follow.

As we are a community of people, we strive to create a mutually respectful environment for all who live here. We have established a no tolerance policy for those who may choose to break our rules or by laws.
